Shipping Policy

Domestic and international Shipping:

• All packages are shipped via U.S.P.S either first class or priority depending on how large the order is.

• Please allow 3-7 business days (not including weekends) to process each order, once shipped each package will have a different travel time based on distance from our shipping facility. All orders are shipped in the order of them being received. 

• A tracking number is automatically sent out for customer within the USA, if you purchased the Route package protection you will receive a Route tracking number you can easily track by following the instructions in the Route App email. 

• International order are not tracked and can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.  Once the package is dropped off to the post office it is no longer able to be tracked by us.

***Special Note Due To Covid19*** USPS is taking longer then normal to process and delivery packages, please note orders may take long than normal due to lockdowns, especially for international shipments. 

• We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for concerns and use the USPS tracking number for reference when inquiring about your package

• We can not change the address of a package once the order is submitted, please double check everything before you check out, MAKE SURE ITS CORRECT. International orders must have a full address in English, the post office will not accept otherwise.

• Slushcult is not responsible to in correct addresses, they will be shipped to the address that is typed in by the customer, if a package is sent back to us due to incorrect address the customer will be responsible for extra shipping fees.
